Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using Wealth Calendar Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Registration records the versions of the Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted and the acceptance timestamp. Optional Product Analytics and Advertising consent is separate from this agreement.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must provide accurate account and billing information.

The service

Wealth Calendar Tracker provides planning and organizational tools for information you enter about income, bills, spending, budgets, savings goals, accounts, subscriptions, and pay cycles. Wealth Calendar Tracker is not a bank, financial institution, lender, broker, credit bureau, investment adviser, accountant, attorney, tax adviser, credit-repair service, or fiduciary. You remain responsible for reviewing information, maintaining accurate records, and making your own financial decisions.

Analytics and tracking

Wealth Calendar Tracker may use Product Analytics to understand how features are used and improve reliability. When enabled by an administrator and permitted by your consent choices, Product Analytics may be provided through PostHog. Product Analytics may measure safe events such as page views, onboarding progress, feature adoption, broad device information, and categorized errors.

Wealth Calendar Tracker may also use Marketing Analytics to measure campaign performance, attribution, registration, trials, checkout, purchases, and cancellations. Enabled providers may include Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Microsoft Ads UET.

Non-essential Product Analytics and Advertising tracking is used only after the corresponding consent category is granted where required. You may change or withdraw those choices at any time through Cookie Preferences. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking but does not require third parties to erase information lawfully collected before withdrawal.

Cookie usage

• Essential cookies support authentication, security, sessions, fraud prevention, and core application preferences. They cannot be disabled through the in-app consent controls.
• Product Analytics cookies help measure safe feature usage, onboarding, performance, and broad error categories when you consent.
• Advertising cookies help measure campaigns, attribution, and conversion events when you consent.

You may accept all optional categories, reject non-essential cookies, or customize Product Analytics and Advertising separately. See the Cookie Policy for more information.

AI features

Wealth Calendar Tracker may offer AI-assisted tools, including receipt extraction, savings guidance, and Money Guide responses. AI output is informational and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, credit, or investment advice and does not replace advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for checking AI-generated information before relying on it or changing your finances.

Third-party services

Wealth Calendar Tracker relies on third-party providers to operate the service. These may include Stripe for payment processing and billing, Neon for database infrastructure, Vercel for hosting and delivery, Resend for transactional email, AI service providers for enabled AI features, and authorized analytics or advertising providers when configured and consented to. Providers and integrations may change as the service evolves.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Wealth Calendar Tracker is not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, or failures caused by those providers beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy safeguards for analytics

Wealth Calendar Tracker is designed so analytics events do not intentionally include account balances, transaction amounts, merchant names, bank names, account names, account numbers, receipt images, receipt text, AI prompts, AI conversations, passwords, authentication tokens, or payment card information. Analytics payloads are limited through approved event and property lists.

AI prompts and conversations are not used for advertising analytics. Session replay, when enabled, is optional, requires Product Analytics consent, and is configured with masking safeguards. No online system can guarantee that every error or unauthorized event will be prevented, but Wealth Calendar Tracker uses reasonable controls intended to reduce accidental collection of sensitive financial content.

Analytics consent versioning

Wealth Calendar Tracker records the applicable versions of the Terms, Privacy Policy, and cookie-consent policy. If a material change affects analytics, advertising, privacy practices, or your legal rights, Wealth Calendar Tracker may require you to review and accept updated documents or make new consent choices before continuing to use affected features.

Trials, charges, and renewal

Available Basic and Pro plans include a three-day free trial. A valid payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will automatically charge the monthly price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Basic is $8 per month and Pro is $17 per month unless a valid promotion or a clearly disclosed price change applies. Household is not available for purchase yet.

Cancellation

You may schedule cancellation at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period, and access continues until that date. You may undo a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect. Deleting the app or not using it does not cancel a subscription.

Your account and acceptable use

• Keep your password and devices secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not access another person's data, disrupt the service, bypass subscription or feature restrictions, or use the service unlawfully.
• Do not inject executable code, unauthorized tracking scripts, malicious campaign values, or harmful content into the service.
• Do not use automated attacks, scraping, credential stuffing, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to compromise application, provider, or database security.
• You retain ownership of information you enter and give us permission to process it as needed to provide, improve, secure, and administer the service under these terms and your privacy choices.

Fraud and abuse prevention

Wealth Calendar Tracker may use rate limiting, security logging, automated misuse detection, suspicious-login monitoring, payment-risk signals, and other reasonable safeguards to prevent fraud and abuse. We may temporarily restrict features or account access while suspected fraud, chargebacks, attacks, or violations are investigated.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for fraud, abusive chargebacks, nonpayment, illegal activity, misuse of trials, attempts to bypass subscription restrictions, attacks on the service, unauthorized access to another person's data, repeated violations, or other serious breaches of these terms. Where practical and legally appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the problem.

Data security

Wealth Calendar Tracker uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and financial information. No internet service, database, device, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password, securing your devices, logging out of shared devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Availability and service changes

We may improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, providers, analytics integrations, or other parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Material subscription price changes will be disclosed before they apply to a future renewal where required.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth Calendar Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available.” It is a planning and organizational tool, not a financial institution or professional advisory service. Wealth Calendar Tracker is not responsible for financial losses caused by decisions you make, inaccurate or incomplete user-entered data, AI output, missed bills, provider outages, unauthorized account access not caused by our failure to use legally required safeguards, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised effective date and version. Where required or when changes are material, we may request renewed acceptance before you continue using the service or affected features.
