What this policy covers
This policy explains how Wealth Calendar Tracker collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and personal-finance tools.
Information we collect
- Account information, including your email address and securely stored password hash.
- Financial information you choose to enter, such as account names and balances, income, bills, spending, budgets, goals, and net-worth snapshots.
- Subscription information, such as your plan, billing status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, trial dates, and renewal dates.
- Consent choices, policy versions, acceptance timestamps, and privacy-preference updates.
- Privacy-safe usage events, device category, page or feature name, broad error category, and campaign attribution when the applicable optional consent is granted.
The financial information above is the information you choose to enter. Wealth Calendar Tracker does not currently connect to your bank accounts or import transactions automatically; it records and organizes what you enter or confirm. If secure bank-connection functionality is added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe it before it is enabled.
Wealth Calendar Tracker does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes payment-card details on its own secure checkout and billing pages and handles subscription payments.
Product analytics
When you allow Product Analytics cookies, Wealth Calendar Tracker may use PostHog and an internal aggregate event ledger to understand onboarding completion, feature adoption, return usage, and categorized errors. Product analytics is optional and remains off until you grant consent.
Product analytics does not receive account balances, transaction amounts, income or bill amounts, merchant or bank names, account names, receipt images or text, AI questions or responses, passwords, authentication tokens, payment details, or raw financial records. Session replay is disabled by default and, if enabled later, must follow additional masking and blocking safeguards.
Advertising and campaign measurement
When you allow Advertising cookies, enabled providers may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Microsoft Ads UET. These providers are used for campaign attribution and approved conversion events such as registration, trial, checkout, subscription purchase, and cancellation.
Campaign attribution may include sanitized UTM parameters, referring domain, first landing page, and first-touch and last-touch source. Advertising platforms do not receive in-app financial activity or personal financial values from Wealth Calendar Tracker.
How we use information
- Provide and personalize your calendar, budgets, reports, goals, and account tools.
- Create and secure your account, process subscriptions, and enforce plan access.
- Send essential account, trial, billing, and security communications.
- Measure product usage and advertising conversions only under the applicable consent choice.
- Prevent fraud, investigate errors, comply with law, and protect users and the service.
Service providers and sharing
We share only the information needed with companies that help run Wealth Calendar Tracker, including hosting, database, payment, transactional-message, product-analytics, and advertising-measurement providers. Current providers may include Vercel, Neon, Stripe, Resend, PostHog, Google, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft, depending on which services are enabled and which optional consent choices you make. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal financial information.
Your privacy choices
Essential cookies remain active for authentication, security, sessions, and core preferences. Product Analytics and Advertising are separate optional choices. You can accept either category, both categories, or neither, and you may change or withdraw those choices through Cookie Preferences. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking for the affected category.
See the Cookie Policy for provider categories, purposes, and preference controls.
Retention, access, and deletion
We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for billing, security, dispute resolution, analytics integrity, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or account deletion through our official support channels, currently the official Wealth Calendar Tracker Instagram or X account. Wealth Calendar Tracker does not currently offer a self-service export of your financial data, so please keep your own copies of records you may need. Deleting an account removes your financial records from the active application; some limited records, including consent, policy acceptance, billing, security, or audit records, may be retained where legally or operationally required, and residual copies may remain in routine provider backups for a limited period before they are overwritten. We do not claim data is immediately or permanently erased everywhere the moment a request is made.
Security, children, and changes
No system is completely secure, so use a unique password and protect your device and login. Wealth Calendar Tracker is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the new effective date here.
